His background includes Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Intune, Duo, Hyper-V, disaster recovery, and enterprise IT operations. Harvey has supported organizations across commercial, government, and international environments, including projects involving infrastructure migrations, high availability, email security, and business continuity.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with additional Microsoft technology certifications. At Allied, Harvey applies his broad technical experience to maintaining reliable systems, resolving complex issues, and helping clients strengthen the performance and resilience of their technology environments.
