Jacob Lee serves as a Systems Engineer at Allied IT Systems, bringing experience across network administration, cybersecurity, remote support, and systems operations. He holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stephen F.

Austin State University, along with certifications in Google Cloud Cybersecurity, Google Cybersecurity, and ConnectWise RMM. Jacob has supported network infrastructure, endpoint management, user support, and security initiatives in both education and managed services environments.

At Allied, he applies that mix of technical support and cybersecurity knowledge to help maintain secure, reliable client environments and resolve issues efficiently.
