Robert Elmore III serves as IT Team Lead at Allied IT Systems, bringing more than eight years of experience across IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and technical operations.

His background includes Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, AWS, Windows and Linux environments, networking, firewalls, and security practices aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Robert also brings prior leadership experience in logistics, quality management, and customer operations, giving him a strong perspective on both technology and service delivery.

At Allied, he helps coordinate day-to-day technical operations, supports system and network security, mentors team members, and works across departments to improve reliability, documentation, and the overall client experience.
