His background includes Azure, AWS, VMware, Microsoft 365, automation, ITIL-based service management, and large-scale infrastructure modernization. Tommy has led global technical teams, managed cloud and data center environments supporting thousands of users, and developed strategies that improve uptime, reduce incidents, and align technology with business goals.

At Allied, he applies that enterprise-level experience to designing resilient systems, improving operational efficiency, and helping clients modernize infrastructure in a practical, sustainable way.
